Find all your subscription invoices in one place.

Where to find invoices

All subscription invoices are listed on the Subscription page under Billing Invoices. Only owners and admins can access this page.

What you'll see

Each invoice shows:

Invoice number — a unique reference (e.g. AKO2MSFP-0004)
Status — paid, open, or upcoming
Date — when the invoice was created (or when it will be billed, for upcoming invoices)
Amount — the total charged
Branch name — which branch this invoice covers

Upcoming invoices

At the top of the list, you'll see upcoming invoices — one per branch. These show what will be charged next and when. The branch billing soonest appears first.

Upcoming invoices are previews. They show the expected amount and date, but no charge has been made yet. The actual invoice is created on the billing date.

Download a PDF

For any paid invoice, click the PDF button to download a copy. You can also click View to see the full invoice on Stripe's hosted invoice page.

Branch labels not showing?

If your invoices show a generic description instead of the branch name, click Sync Branch Tags at the top of the Billing Invoices section. This updates Stripe with your current branch names.
