Reports & P&L
Financials is a Shop-plan area (also on the 30-day Shop trial). Pick a period and branch context, then print or read the statements on screen.
Open Financials
- Click Financials in the sidebar (feature-gated if your plan is Free or Solo).
- Use the date range / period controls. Money In and Money Out are sibling pages for cash movements.
Income statement (Profit & Loss)
The P&L is titled Income Statement (Profit & Loss). It is built from paid invoice sales (and related returns), not from deposits sitting in liability.
- Revenue / Income — net sales, paid invoice sales, sales returns, discounts
- Cost of sales — parts cost (and related COGS adjustments), then GROSS PROFIT
- General expenses
Revenue on the books follows invoice issue for MFRS 15 in operational accounting. Deposit collect is not revenue; deposit apply is not a second revenue credit. See Customer deposits.

Cash drawer shifts
You can Open Cash Drawer Shift with an opening float, then Close & Seal Z-Report (declared cash + variance reason). Cash-out can require manager approval depending on your shift settings.

CFO Analysis is a deeper view of the same financials (trends, P&L commentary). Use it after the operational P&L looks right for the period.
