Set Up Your First Branch

Add your shop's name, address, and contact info so it appears on jobsheets, invoices, and customer receipts.

Why branches matter

A branch represents a physical shop location. Every jobsheet, invoice, and financial record in ExpeDite is tied to a branch. Even if you only have one shop, you need to set up at least one branch with your details.

How to add your branch

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Open the General dropdown and select Branches.
  3. Click "Add Branch".
  4. Fill in the branch details (see below).
  5. Click "Save Branch".

Branch details

The form is split into sections. Only the branch name is required — fill in the rest as needed.

Branch Info

Branch Address

Fill in your address. The branch address appears on printed jobsheets, invoices, and delivery orders. Customers see it on their tracking page too.

Tax & Registration (optional)

These fields are only needed if this branch has its own SSM or TIN number for e-invoicing. If left blank, the branch inherits your company-level registration.

Bukku Export (optional)

If you use Bukku for accounting, enter the Deposit Account Code (e.g. "1000-01") — the account in your Bukku chart of accounts where this branch's sales land. ExpeDite uses it for this branch's Bukku export, and an invoice from a branch that has no deposit account set cannot be pushed to Bukku.

Google Review Link (optional)

If you use the loyalty program, customers can earn bonus points by leaving a Google review. Paste your branch's Google Review URL here.

Editing your branch later

Go to Settings → General → Branches and click the "Edit branch" button on the branch you want to update. Change any field and click "Save Changes".

Adding more branches

Your plan includes 1 branch. On the Shop plan, you can add more branches at RM90/month each. Each extra branch subscribes independently with its own payment method.

To add a branch:

  1. Go to Settings → General → Branches and click "Add Branch".
  2. Fill in the details and save.
  3. Go to the Subscription page and subscribe the new branch.
Locked branches Extra branches that haven't been subscribed yet will show a "Locked" badge. The branch exists but can't be used until you activate its subscription.

What's next?

With your branch set up, you're ready to create your first jobsheet.
