Add Spare Parts & Inventory

Stock your inventory so you can track parts usage, costs, and supplier info across repairs.

Two ways to add products

ExpeDite gives you two ways to build your inventory:

Adding a product manually

  1. On a computer, click Inventory in the sidebar. On a phone, open the hamburger (More) menu, then tap Inventory. Then select the Products tab.
  2. Click "+ Add Product" at the top of the page.
  3. Fill in the product details (see below).
  4. Click "Add Product" to save.

AI Import (bulk)

Got a parts list as a spreadsheet, supplier invoice, or stock sheet? Import in bulk:

  1. Click "AI Import" on the Products tab.
  2. Upload your file — supports CSV, Excel, PDF, and images.
  3. AI reads the document and extracts product names, quantities, prices, and other details.
  4. Review the extracted data in an editable table. Fix any mistakes.
  5. Click "Import" to create the products. New suppliers are created automatically.
Best for supplier invoices The AI scanner works well with structured documents like supplier invoices, packing lists, and stock sheets. It may need manual correction for handwritten or poorly formatted documents.
