Multi-Branch Setup
A branch is one physical shop. Jobsheets, inventory, invoices, payments, and commission months all carry a branch. Extra locations are a Shop add-on — not a separate plan.
First branch
Even a single shop needs one branch (name, address, phone). Walkthrough: Set up your first branch.
- Settings → General → Branches (Store Branches).
- Add Branch / Save Branch.
Plans and Extra Branch
- Free and Solo (RM39/mo) — 1 unlocked branch. They cannot buy Extra Branch.
- Shop (RM90/mo) — first branch included. Each extra location is the Extra Branch add-on at RM90/month.
You can create another branch any time; extra locations stay Locked until the add-on is paid. Locked branches cannot take jobsheets or inventory.
Each Extra Branch (and each Shop branch subscription) bills on its own Stripe subscription and can use its own card. See How billing works.
Not a plan
Extra Branch stacks on Shop only. It does not turn Free/Solo into a multi-branch plan.
Use multiple shops day to day
- Location switcher in the top bar sets the active branch.
- Jobsheets, invoices, and catalog rows follow that branch. Inventory is cloned per shop — see Multi-branch inventory.
- Staff can be all-branches or restricted. Owners always see every shop. See Roles & permissions.
- Commission lock is per branch — pick the branch before locking a month.
