Create Your Account

Sign up, verify your email, name your business, and start your free trial — all in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign up

  1. Go to expedite.business and click Get Started, or go directly to the login page. Already have an account? See Signing in again.
  2. Click the Sign up tab at the top of the login card.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password you will remember. Confirm it in the second field.
  4. Click "Create account".

The strength meter and common-word tips next to the password are hints only. They do not block you from submitting, and there is no 10-character minimum. Copy near the meter says "Choose a password you will remember…" — not a length rule. An empty password is still blocked.

One rule is enforced away from the meter: if the password you choose has already appeared in a known data breach, it is refused with the message "Password is known to be weak and easy to guess, please choose a different one." Choose a password you have not used on another site — nothing else on the form needs changing. The same rule applies whenever you set a new password later.

Google sign-in You can also click "Continue with Google" to sign up instantly with your Google account. This skips the email verification step. Use the same button when you sign in later.

Step 2: Verify your email

If you signed up with email and password, you'll see a verification screen:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from ExpeDite.
  2. Open the confirmation link in the email (the button is labelled "Confirm email address").
  3. You'll be taken back to ExpeDite once the link is confirmed.

Didn't get the email? Click "Resend" to get a new confirmation link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.

Step 3: Set up your business

After verification, you'll see the "Let's set up your business" screen. This is where you create your company profile.

  1. Enter your company name (e.g. "Acme Repairs Sdn Bhd").
  2. Click "Continue".

Your company is created instantly. All your data — jobsheets, customers, inventory — is private and isolated from other businesses on ExpeDite.

Joining an existing company? If someone has already invited you, you'll see a "You've been invited" screen instead. Click "Accept and join" to join their company with the role they assigned. You can also decline and create your own company instead.

Step 4: Choose a plan (optional)

After creating your company, you'll land on the Subscription page with a welcome banner. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the Shop plan — full access to every feature, no credit card required.

You have two options:

What's next?

Once you're on the dashboard, here's the recommended setup order:

  1. Set up your first branch — add your shop's name, address, and phone number.
  2. Create your first jobsheet — register a customer device for repair.
  3. Add spare parts — stock your inventory so you can track parts usage.

Signing in again

When you come back later, sign in once and you should land on your shop dashboard straight away — no extra refresh.

  1. Go to expedite.business, or open your shop address if you already know it (for example acme.expedite.business).
  2. Sign in with your email and password, or click "Continue with Google".
  3. You go straight to your shop dashboard. You should not need to refresh the page.

If you are already on your shop site, just sign in there. You stay on that shop and open the dashboard in one go.

Can't remember your password? See Forgot your password? That section also covers expired signup, invite, or magic-link emails that land on login.

Still on the login screen? Try a hard refresh once (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac), or sign out completely and sign in again. If it keeps happening, email support.myexpedite@gmail.com.
Shared counter PC? After you sign in, the staff app signs out automatically after 2 hours of inactivity. See Staff session timeout for the "Still there?" warning and how to stay signed in.

Forgot your password?

On your shop login, open Forgot password. The subtitle says "We'll email a Reset Password button for this shop. If a code is included, enter it on the reset page. It expires in one hour."

  1. Open Forgot password on the same shop login you normally use (for example acme.expedite.business).
  2. Enter your email and request the email. It expires in about one hour.
  3. In the email, click the Reset Password button. Stay on the same shop address. Do not copy and paste a long reset URL — phones (especially Gmail) wrap the link and it then fails.
  4. Choose a new password you will remember, then confirm it. The strength meter is hints only — it does not force 10 characters. An empty password is still blocked. A password that has already appeared in a known data breach is refused, so pick one you have not used elsewhere.
  5. You land on that shop's login with the banner "Password updated. Sign in with your new password." Then sign in.
6-digit code in the email? Some reset emails also show a large 6-digit code with the hint "Enter this code on the reset page." Open the page titled "Enter your reset code", type your email and the Reset code, then set a new password. Use Request a new link if you need another email. If there is no code, the email has a soft line: "If the button doesn't work, open Forgot password on the sign-in page and request a new email."
Stay on the same shop After a successful reset you stay on that shop's login. You are not sent to the main expedite.business site logged out.
Asked for a reset email more than once? If you ask again within about two minutes, we reuse the link already sent — no second email arrives, so use the one already in your inbox (check spam too). If you ask again later than that, the newer email replaces the earlier link: use the newest email, because the older one then shows "Reset link expired".
Reset link expired or invalid? A mangled, truncated, or missing token shows "Invalid reset link" and a message like "This password reset link is missing or invalid", plus Request a new link (the address bar is cleaned). An expired recovery link on the reset page shows "Reset link expired" and the same request link. Neither is a Google sign-in failure. A link from the newest reset email opens the form directly — if it shows "Reset link expired", a newer request replaced it, it was already used, or it is over an hour old. Request a new email and use that one.
Expired signup, invite, or magic-link emails Those links land on login — not the password-reset page — with a one-time banner: "That email link expired or was already used. Sign in with your email and password or Google." The address bar becomes a clean /login. Refresh does not bring the banner back. This is not password-reset copy, not a Google error, and not a raw "Email link is invalid…" message.

Invited staff who have not joined a company yet still continue to set up or accept the invite after they sign in.

Leaving ExpeDite?

Any signed-in user can start deletion from Settings → My Account → Delete Account. Staff remove their own login; owners request business deletion. See Delete your account.
