Phone Navigation
On a phone you can use the classic shop screens with a bottom bar, or open the dedicated mobile shell at /m for a simpler Jobs, Customers, Invoices, and Quotations flow. The computer sidebar is unchanged.
Two phone layouts
- Classic phone layout — the usual shop routes (Jobsheet, Inventory, and the rest) with a four-tab bottom bar. Best when you need full intake, money, or settings.
- Dedicated mobile shell (
/m) — a separate phone UI with Home, Jobs, and More. Use this to browse the repair queue, update status, look up Customers, and open Invoices / Quotations quickly. Open it by going to /m on your shop link (for exampleyourshop.expedite.business/m).
Classic bottom tabs
When you are on the classic phone layout, these four stay on the bottom bar:
- Dashboard — shop overview and quick stats for the day.
- Jobsheet — repair queue and new intakes.
- Invoices — bill and track shop invoices.
- Inventory — spare parts and stock.
Other screens (Customers, Quotations, Settings, and more) open from the hamburger / sidebar menu on phone. From a saved jobsheet you can still open a quotation via the device-detail More (⋯) shortcut — see Invoices & quotations.
Dedicated mobile shell (/m)
Bottom tabs in the mobile shell:
- Home — landing stub. More staff tools will land here later.
- Jobs — customer repair list, search, status filters, and job detail with quick status updates. See Jobs on phone.
- More — lists Customers (see Customers on phone), Invoices (see Invoices on phone), and Quotations (see Quotations on phone), plus Open desktop app to jump back to the full classic screens. More settings will land here later.
When to use which
Use Jobs under
/m to check the queue and move status from the floor. Use More → Customers to look up a contact and call / WhatsApp. Use More → Invoices or More → Quotations to browse lists and open sticky deep-links to the desktop invoice / quotation screens (Send, Accept, Convert, Receive payment — not in-shell writers). Use classic Jobsheet when you need new intake, multi-device, money, or the full device record.
Desktop unchanged
On a computer, keep using the left sidebar as before. Neither phone layout changes the desktop app.
